(Late) Happy New Year and Fic Plotting Update!

 So, it's been over a month since my last post, and well... I only managed to plot out six chapters of my Twisted Wonderland Fic so far, and I won't start writing it out until I complete plotting out the Heartslabyul arc of the game's main story.

And to help with my plotting, I've been doing my best to watch along with the main story to help me figure out story beats, and going free reign on moments in the plot that aren't tied to the Main Plot. In fact, at the moment, I'm plotting out a slumber party that happens off screen after MC Yuu and their friends make a tart, with the previous chapter focusing on Rathbone not helping in tart making, because he had another thing to do. So, Yuu meeting Leona happened offscreen since the fic is focusing on my OC Rathbone, instead of Yuu, who... well, let's just say later on this fic's Yuu is going to deal with some stuff since at the moment in the story, she doesn't remember much of anything about where she came from.

Yes, I know in canon Yuu is gender neutral, but for my fic, I'm making them a girl that can pass as a boy so I, as the writer, can mess with Deuce later once he figures out the truth in the story.

Also, Rathbone's going to be starting the story as an Asshole, will acknowledge he's an asshole, and will slowly become less of an asshole. At least, that's my goal with him.

Hopefully, he'll be liked as a character once his story begins being posted on Ao3... in gods know how many more chapters I have to plot for Heartslabyul.

He will be at least luckier than Kazuma from Konosuba. Who learned the "girl" was a boy the literally hard way.

Maybe so, but the thing is, Deuce has trouble talking to girls that aren't his mom- mainly due to his delinquent past making it hard for girls to approach him.

Then it probably won't be a bad surprise for him: he will get closer to her than he thinks he could.

Yeah, but only after he got over months of thinking Yuu was a guy at an all guy's school.
